Close to public transportation and many amenities, GBE has earned LEED Silver Certification by recycling demolition and construction waste, incorporating natural and low-energy lighting and plumbing fixtures, and using low emission paint and furnishings, recyclable carpeting, bamboo shelving, and green-conscious furniture.
