San Bernardino and La Quinta, CA

BE performed MEP upgrades to the 9,000 sf La Quinta branch and to the 4,000 sf San Bernardino laboratory.

Quest Diagnostics

San Juan Capistrano, CA

GBE performed the MEP system design for a 12,000 sf Research & Development Laboratory, and did the electrical and plumbing design for validated testing laboratories and for support offices.

Watson Pharmaceuticals

Corona, CA

Watson features one of the broadest product offerings in the U.S. generics industry. GBE was active in several phases of MEP systems design for renovations to various laboratories and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. The newest building, formerly the home of Fender guitar manufacturing, added 186,000 sf to the Corona campus, bringing the total square footage to 550,000. Watson contracted directly with GBE to perform a number of renovations on the campus. In the course of working with Watson Laboratories, GBE coordinated design with several architectural teams to complete the projects successfully.

City of Hope Robotic Laboratory

Duarte, CA

GBE provided the MEP design for a 7,000 sf addition to an existing laboratory. The lab was customized to house biological research and testing for the diabetic research department. A large custom-made robotic table enables the researchers to conduct rapid and precise experiments in large numbers.
