Medtronic MiniMed designs, manufactures and markets advanced systems for the treatment of diabetes. GBE designed MEP systems for their headquarters which included executive offices, research and development laboratories, quality assurance testing laboratories, class 100,000 and class 10,000 medical device manufacturing areas, warehouses, a central plant, IT support areas and support offices. The facility was built in record time and below the standard budget for laboratories in this area. In addition, GBE continues to be the on-call engineer for this facility.
