MEP design for a new 40-room facility built to house children undergoing treatment at nearby hospitals and their families. The child-friendly environment includes a playroom, computer room, theater, communal kitchen and dining areas, a children’s library and an adult workout room. The environment is bright and cheerful, utilizes much natural light and features indoor gathering areas and an exterior patio.
