Inglewood Senior Center and Housing Project

GBE’s responsibilities included the MEP design for a new block of city-owned, 62,000 sf senior housing, a 35,000 sf senior center and a 65,000 sf parking garage for the City of Inglewood. This project was designed and constructed to also serve as a community shelter in the event of an emergency.
