GBE completed MEP design for a seven-acre development of four retail and housing towers with below grade parking. CIM Group and the City of Anaheim’s Redevelopment Agency ran a joint venture in developing six projects that include retail, restaurants and residential sites surrounding downtown Anaheim’s focal point, the Center Street Promenade. The mid-rise buildings will bring approximately 500 housing units and 55,000 sf of retail and restaurant space. Developed in four phases, GBE was involved with the MEP design of all apartment buildings and the public spaces, including a 14,000 sf museum for the City of Anaheim.
