Many of the requirements are the same, such as resident comfort, visual appeal, and amenities while taking into consideration the surrounding land and neighborhood. GBE’s responsibilities included the MEP design for a new block of city-owned, 62,000 sf senior housing, a 35,000 sf senior center and a 65,000 sf parking garage for the City of Inglewood.
