GBE provided the MEP design for the renovation of the existing 100,000 sf Physical Education Facility. The project consists of a new “wellness” pool and refurbishment of the current swimming pool, modernization of both the North and South Gymnasiums, an exercise room, dance studio, multiple classrooms, team locker rooms, men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers, storage and offices. The entire project design is compliant with Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines.
