Founded by two French chefs who wanted to create a traditional American Cuisine restaurant, Lemon Moon Café is a local favorite. When tenant improvements were deemed necessary in the Café’s location at the ground floor of an existing high rise building, GBE performed mechanical, plumbing and electrical upgrades to the kitchen.
