GBE provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for a new four-story stand-alone 45,000 sq. ft. Classroom building and a four-story
50,000 sq. ft. Student Services building.

The Classroom building includes conference room, child development lab, administrative offices, lecture rooms and featuring “Smart” classroom
with cameras, connections to a satellite uplink and telephone systems for distance learning.
The Student Services building envelope is a “mirror image” of the Classrooms building. This facility features meeting rooms, recreation area,
career and transfer center, financial aid center, health service area, business center and much more.

Targeting LEED Gold certification, both buildings are designed to exceed Title-24 standards and include sustainable design elements
such as water efficient landscaping, 30% reduction in building water use, optimize energy performance, CO2 monitoring, thermal comfort
monitoring energy efficient HVAC systems and utilizing local and regional materials for construction.

As founder and name principal of Gotama Building Engineers, Inc., Caecilia brings a considerable background to the table with her
education and business associations. She earned her Bachelor and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from CSU Fullerton,
as well as a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and is also a LEED Accredited Professional with specialty
credential on Building Design and Construction (BD+C).

Besides keeping busy with her professional duties, Caecilia is a willing patron to the education of children and interested adults throughout
Southern California. Caecilia is a Fellow and active member of ASME, where she serves as the Chair of the ECLIPSE Intern Program
(Early Career Leadership Intern Program to Serve Engineering). ECLIPSE is a global internship program that mentors young engineers
to advance their professional development and provide leadership training. In addition, she is a member of the USGBC LA Chapter where she
helped expand the Chapter presence by chairing the program committee for the local Long Beach branch.

Caecilia Gotama has dedicated her career to making a difference in the building industry and the community by engineering
innovative building systems with minimal impact our environment. She has led her team through many successful notable
projects such as the historic renovation of the Hollywood Bowl, the new USC John McKay Center, the renovation of Century Plaza Hotel,
the new Malibu Lumberyard Retail Conversion, and many more projects. She has a depth of practical experience that is enviable in this
era of specialized and niche-confined engineers. Her dependability and solutions-oriented practice have garnered her high regard
among her clients, enabling her to work on projects that continue to challenge and invigorate her.

Kiffin and USC star Quarterback Matthew Barkley.

GBE is honored and privileged to have contributed to the success of this notable building that will provide a home for future star athletes who
will continue to break new records for generations to come.

Ronnie Jimenez brings over 20 years of experience in building services engineering including project management and design development
of various building types. As senior project manager, Ronnie is responsible for ensuring each projects quality remains high and meets clients
expectation. He has exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex engineering ideas both to industry
professionals, and clients from all backgrounds and abilities. With his extensive engineering knowledge, Mr. Jimenez work closely with our
design team in developing the most optimal engineering solution to complex buildings, develop strategic comprehensive plan and provide
close supervision ensuring satisfaction. He has substantial experience working with regulatory agencies such as local municipalities
and has the ability to navigate the approval process with success.

When Ronnie is not in the office, he likes to play with his two kids (2 and 5 years of age) and do ballroom dancing with his wife.

Justina Jones holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from The University of Kansas. She earned her EIT in 2008 and is
working towards her Mechanical Engineering license.

At GBE, Justina performs load calculations and builds energy models for projects of various size as well as designs HVAC systems for small
projects. She holds a LEED Green Associate Credential and Autodesk Revit Architecture Certified Associate Certification.

When Ms. Jones is not in the office, she enjoys cooking, going to the movies, working out, hanging with friends and going to the beach in the
summer months. As an amateur photographer, she continues to foster her creativity by blogging.

The Ray Bizjacks Art Village was designed to support and promote music and art program in a K-8 private primary school.
This new sustainable art building includes a art education classroom, music classroom, a multi-purpose pavilion and a children play area.
GBE provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for this building incorporating many sustainable elements.

Oscar Arellano initially joined GBE as CAD operator to support our engineering team in construction documentation production. Because Oscar
has worked diligently and expanded his knowledge of building system design, he is now working with our Senior Electrical Engineer in the field
and on projects assisting in field assessment, and engages in design development and inter-disciplinary coordination. Mr. Arellano’s high level
energy and enthusiasm are attributes that contribute to the success of projects.

Outside of the office Oscar loves spending time with my family and friends, but most of all he loves spending time with his son and watching him
grow everyday.
He likes to explore the world of photography and enjoys learning new computer programs. He enjoys playing and watching basketball and is
furthering his education in electrical design as well as becoming LEED certified in the near future.
